గమనిక: ప్రభుత్వం కానీ, ఇన్వెస్టర్లు కానీ ఈ ప్రాంతం పైన దృష్టి పెట్టకపోవడం వలన ఇంకా ఈ ప్రాంతం లో ల్యాండ్స్ రేట్లు తక్కువగా వున్నాయి, అందువలన మనం ఈ ప్రాంతం లో ఇప్పుడు ల్యాండ్స్ కొనుక్కున్నట్లతే తక్కువ ధరకే ఎయిర్పోర్ట్ కి దగ్గర్లో భూములు దొరుకుతాయి. అలా కాదని నిర్లక్ష్యం వహించినట్లయితే. ORR కి దగ్గర్లో మిగతా అన్ని ప్రాంతాలలో ఇప్పటికే ల్యాండ్స్ రేట్స్ బాగాపెరిగాయి. ఒక్క మహేశ్వరం ఏరియా లో తప్ప. నిపుణుల అంచనాల ప్రకారం ఓక సంవత్సరం తర్వాత ఈ ప్రాంతం లో కూడా రేట్లు విపరీతంగా పెరుగుతాయని అంచనా.
